Remember the Woody Allen movie ‘Midnight in Paris’? Now, you can do something similar in Berlin. Travel in time!
We are excited about being in this historic city and on our blog we will regularly post stories about the history of the city and tips to related events.
On October 30, you can ride the U9 like they did in the notorious 1920s. On this Sunday, a type B2 from 1929 train will ride on the line from 11am until 5pm between Leopoldplatz and Rathaus Steglitz.
U9 actually opened in 1961, but the train itself should give you that 1920s experience.
The fare is normal VBB-tariff.
